How do I book my stay?

You can book your stay directly through our website by selecting Book Now. Enter your arrival and departure dates, as well as number of guests, and our system will be able to show you what is available. You can also reach out to us through the Contact Form for more information.

Where are LOFTY Living accommodations located?

LOFTY Living accommodations are located in the heart of downtown Kingston, in the Skeleton Park neighbourhood. Our flats are steps from food, entertainment and the best that our Limestone City has to offer. 

What is LOFTY Living?

LOFTY Living is a local company that strives to create thoughtfully designed and beautifully restored accommodations to suite your personal style. Our lofts and flats boast historic features and offer authentic Kingston charm.

What can I expect during my stay with Lofty Living?

As our guest, you will enjoy premier amenities, such as robes and slippers, a complimentary breakfast, and a central location in the desirable Kingston core.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please communicate these details at the time of your booking. Due to quick turnover, not all requests will be approved.

Where do I check-in?

All LOFTY Living locations are set up with virtual reception and self-check-in/out. Your accommodations will be accessed through lock box or key code. All details for your stay will be communicated by email 3 days prior to check-in. 

What is the nightly rate?

Our flats and lofts are all unique in their design, layout and size. The nightly price is determined based on these criteria. Prices may fluctuate during holidays, special events and high season. By entering your travel dates, you will see pricing and availability for your stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

For a full refund, the guest must cancel the reservation within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days from check in date. For a 50% refund, the guest must cancel 7 days before check in date. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights spent are not refunded. Does my room receive a daily cleaning?

Upon arrival, your accommodations will be sparkling clean, but the loft/flat will not be cleaned during your stay. A mid-stay can clean can be arranged for an additional charge.

What are quiet hours?

Out of respect for our other guests, quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM.

Where do I park?

One onsite parking space is allocated to each loft/flat.

Do you have any recommendations for things do to in Kingston?

We love where we live and are more than happy to provide recommendations! To get you started, we have placed a personalized guide to Kingston’s dining and entertainment scenes, seasonal activities and sightseeing is located in each LOFTY Living accommodation.

Can I bring my pet?

Out of respect for guests with allergies, pets are not permitted. If you have a service animal, please send documentation upon booking your stay.

Am I allowed to host a gathering, party or event during my stay?

Gatherings, parties and events are not allowed in any of the LOFTY Living lofts/flats.
